The Top 10 Anomalous, Dubious, Hoax, Events And Links Of 2008

Hello, welcome back to The Heavy Stuff (THS) - the one blog of the internet dedicated to taking positions on some of realities greatest mysteries. And, as most of you already know, THS also has a daily `anomaly links’ webpage on Squidoo featuring 1 to 5 daily links to everything from the esoteric to the absurd - the link will be below. And, as humanity moves further and further into the `information age’ - and as more and more information - becomes suspect - with all aspects of digital reality coming with the imbedded ability to manipulate the outcome - no `stories’ can be sworn to as real anymore. Such is the state of the anomalous internet world in 2008.No longer is `getting a picture’ or `video’ of a Ufo enough - since any product can be created in a lab and no one has the time, money or effort to prove or disprove any specific one anymore. And, in 2008, no longer is the word of the law above reproach - as we saw with the Georgia Bigfoot Hoax this summer promoted by one of our men in blue. And, no longer is the government afraid to tell the big lie - as in the Stephenville Ufo Incidents earlier in 2008. And, with such - `no longers’ - in our final visions of what constituted our high strangeness list for this year - we have decided to include the hoaxes too — as their coverage by the mainstream media is becoming part of the Fortean story. And, with that, THS presents 2008’s Best Hoaxes, Anomalous Events and Dubious Links Listing: (in reverse order)

#10 - Huge San Diego Ufo (Video) ONLY 30 minutes into the New Year. Link - http://taylorgroup.blogspot.com/2008/01/ufos-in-san-diego.html — Comment — This link goes to a TV report done on Jan 1st about the `Lights in the Sky’ last night at midnight. The video alone is killer - the concept that something or someone planned this Just After Midnight on the new year - even cooler. Again, this thing in the sky was just HUGE.

#9 - Swimming Orangutans Seen Spearing Fish - Link - http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/environment/article3828123.ece Comment - These animals are being forced from their natural environment — the question is — are they now in evolution? A fun and interesting read.

#8 - Humanzees or Hybrids - Science or Monkey Business? - Link - http://gralienreport.com/cryptozoology/humanzees-and-hybrids-science-or-monkey-business/ Comment - An absolute winner article, in-depth, interesting, 5 minute read with great pictures. Has there ever been a human chimp hybrid? You may be surprised at the answers. #7 - Cow Abduction Into Spacecraft On Video - Link - http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-6046596687847798944&q=ufo Comment - An example of the dubious emerging online or an amazing capture - more and more the public will be given `evidence’ like this to consider. Indeed, another video we had on our Squidoo site this year showed a man being abducted and returned (all on a security video tape).

#6 - Georgia Bigfoot Hoax — Comment - In one of the better perpetuated hoaxes in recent memory - two young men, both with ties to law enforcement - swear that they have a frozen Bigfoot in a freezer that they will be revealing to the world. The lie is complete with different versions of dragging the creature miles thru the Georgia Mountains while under the watchful eye of `other bigfoots’.The Georgia Bigfoot hoax was not the only story worth following in the field - as was shown by this great article in 2008 about a lifelong quest after a sighting - http://www.washingtoncitypaper.com/display.php?id=35887 — this is worth reading.#5 - Video Of Creature - Link - http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&VideoID=31126420 Comment — Could this thing possibly be real? Can this possibly be `just computer generated’? To what levels will folks go to put over a good hoax?

#4 - Doglike Robot Carries 300 Pounds - Link - http://io9.com/368949/dogoid-robot-with-no-head-moves-in-an-eerily-lifelike-manner Comment - THS wanted to present these two videos - in-a-row ——— for comparison. We know the second is real and possible - imagine if YOU saw something like it in the woods. What if it was given red eyes? Or was 4 feet taller?#3 - Bigfoot Trailcam Video - Link - http://naturalplane.blogspot.com/2008/03/new-video-is-it-bigfoot.html Comment — Is this another too good to be true video - or - 9 frames of the super real?

#2 - Kentucky Ufo `Sighting-Calling’ With MUFON Present - Link - http://aliencasebook.blogspot.com/2008/09/kentucky-man-has-more-ufo-sightings.html Comment - THS has already talked extensively about this event; one that MUFON called `spiritual’ in nature. Tons of pictures. Brings to mind the many many claims of being able to `call’ spirits or orbs or ufo’s#1 (A) - Did Steve Fossett Make Contact With His Wife - Link - http://naturalplane.blogspot.com/2008/02/did-steve-fossett-make-contact-with-his.html Comment - In a year of very big tales and stories - none was more directed at mystery or involved anything of such an esoteric nature. In this link - explorer Fossett returned in his Doppelganger body to give his wife a message - makes a chill go up your spine doesn’t it? THS’s daily webpage www.squidoo.com/anomalyman has all of the above links in the best of 2008 section — and even more that didn’t quite make the top 10 cut.

AND FINALLY 2008’s #1 ANOMALY #1 — The Stephenville Texas Ufo Incidents Of 2008 - And, The Discredited Government Explanation of Military Jets - Comment - To those that followed the events in Jan. 2008 - one thing was clear — something - something HUGE was in the Texas skies that no one wanted to talk about in the government. MUFON was able to `prove’ that an object cruising at over 700 MPH with no transponder was in the skies. Scores of witnesses over a period of several weeks - with NEW reports in just the last few weeks of 2008 too.It was one of those incidents early in the year that had this video link (not highly regarded in MUFON’s report) that has seemingly set the stage for similar UFO craft demonstrations during the year. The `string of shapes - lights’ looks eerily like a language — make your own opinion - http://www.realufos.net/2008/03/full-stephenville-video-by-david-caron.html this is the uncut version of David Caron. Finally, it can’t be ignored that the Stephenville Incidents were near the Bush Ranch and that Obama had some Orbs visit one of his rallies too. That said, a worldwide obsession for the Ufo’s to show on Oct. 14th fell thru - it seems mankind has moved to the `show me’ stage on Ufo’s. Would that be a reaction to not being able to believe video’s (etc) due to computer image generation?THS looks forward to your comments - bookmark THS - send this to a friend and visit our sidebar and blogroll. Thanks for reading.

John Edwards Zipper Problem Exposes Media Disregard For Public

Americans are lucky we have a free press. A real free press - The National Enquirer. The only media outlet that continued to push a major politician to be real. Honest. Something other than a lying, slimy, fake, worthless politician with a bloated ego.

Evidently, only the Enquirer cared enough about the truth to do a stakeout, an investigation. And, if you `heard’ between the talking head statements last evening —– `insiders’ in the democrap party knew Edwards was a liar months ago — as did mainstream `journalists’ (a word I type while laughing). The only ones NOT in on the fact that another major politician had NO integrity was THE PUBLIC.

It must be part of the whole concept that the public `CAN’T HANDLE THE TRUTH’ — you know, like that `other issue’ we all have to just sit back and watch the media fumble `ufo disclosure’. Except that this was a `media coverup’.

The big media spin machine would have been happy to allow a lying, fake politician to take power. Doesn’t matter to them, they control the information. They can make that politician look any way they want (and they can’t say a word because they know the media knows them to be liars) - quite a handy system. A corrupt system.

I’ve heard other stories about how the media knew the surviving Kennedy brother to have been a raging drunk at the time he ran in 1980 - the man with his finger on the button would have been a raging drunk - but would the media tell us? And, I won’t even get into the cocaine rumors that surrounded Clinton before coming to office.

Get our drift?

The media LITERALLY has a disregard for the public and the TRUTH. It is all an information spin game which they `control’ (to them). To them, the REAL information is KNOWN within media circles and government circles (and we can assume the extremely wealthy) - the rest are just peons who can’t understand. The ones that need to be led around by their nose - the general public - the ones paying the bills for the government. The ones buying the advertised goods that keep the `information keepers’ in business. In the business of control, and spin.

Who cares about what happened in Stephenville? Who cares what Edgar Mitchell says? The big spin machine controls the agenda and presents the world as a magazine that they bring you between advertisements. Literally a `page’/slice/segment of reality with NO THICKNESS - no real analysis. After all, those not in the know are sheep.

Perhaps those who look for ufo disclosure - those who have ONLY blamed the government for where the world stands in regard to the issue - have been blindsided. Perhaps it is the REAL POWER brokers in the chain, the information brokers - the media. The ones that KNOW the truth about the GOVERNMENT and can expose them - and therefore controls them, indirectly.

Because, certainly, if the media feels we have no right to know that a man who wants his finger on the atomic button - COULD BE BLACKMAILED BECAUSE OF HIS ZIPPER - than that SAME media couldn’t be trusted to be honest about `what’s really known about Ufo’s’.

Perhaps, if the media disregards the public - the same respect from the public should be returned. DO NOT BELIEVE THE BIG SPIN MEDIA or you will be a believer in images and lies, not real things and truth.

Is `Instant Instinct’ - Possible?

Hello, and welcome back to The Heavy Stuff (THS) - the internets one website dedicated to looking into issues of `paraNormal’ interest and taking a position about the `issue’. Today’s issue - `animal instinct’ — and examples that run contrary to the common consensus of humans about  `animal’ consciousness and awareness levels.

First, running an anomalies website at www.squidoo.com/anomalyman brings one into contact with a full range of oddities to try to categorize into ones brain. Oddities is perhaps a bit too tame of a term when dealing in today’s era of anomalies. It’s no longer the occasional shower that falls that has fish or frogs. In today’s era, we have videos of ufo’s -ghosts - rods - drones — EVP’s ———– no need to just listen to someones description of an unusual phenomena anymore. The proof is in the video - or tape (or is it). We have proved that unknown intelligence interacts in, and into, our modern era (or have we).

But, even with videos of the literal unknown- the Stephenville Ufo Video would fit into this category (and the full video is also on my anomalyman site) - we cling to what is easiest to believe — the idea-ology - that is human centered. After all, we’ve conquered the planet and MUST be the smartest species - right?

Well, as just said, the editing of an anomalies website brings a lot of exposure to `the impossible’. And, one of the issues that becomes clearer and clearer the more science looks into it —- is —- that humans may not be sooooo smart after-all. For example - I have this link on another of my squidoo lenses (websites) called the High Strangeness of 2007 and 2006 — http://remims.blogspot.com/2007/12/of-chimps-humans-and-memory.html – and in the article it provides the results of a `test’ between college students and chimpanzees at ordering numbers in a sequence - based on the numbers flashing on a computer screen. Could the best chimp beat the college students?

Well the chimp was only as good as the college students when the values were flashed on the screen for 4/10 of a second —- AS GOOD AS — but, as the time went to 1/5 of a second — guess who won? Right. The chimp. — Think that is something? How about this link which shows that FISH in a fishbowl — can COUNT — http://www.neatorama.com/2008/02/27/fish-can-count/.

Now, for a second — imagine the size of these fish brains? Can we, as humans, really say for sure that other `beings’ that are alive aren’t of similar intelligence as US? What about the brains of species `here’ for a much longer time-frame than man? Or with a larger brain? Where would whales and other species fit into a continuum of intelligence?

Do YOU really believe these animals are doing it all from instinct?

Wait, THS hasn’t even given you the best `anomaly story’ yet. THS found it on www.anomalist.com as part of their A Files listing — and this is the direct link — http://www.anomalist.com/afiles/instincts.html - it is to an article written in 1999 about an event at the dawn of the electric age. An event that happened not only in California, but, also, around the world (according to the article) near the beginning of the 1900’s.

You see, the annual return of the Swallows of San Juan Capistrano, California was a tourist event. But, the first year after the `electrification’ for townsfolk — and with unprotected wires in that era — when the birds returned —- thousands were killed as they landed on the wires - to the horror of those gathered for the event.

But, that isn’t the story. The story is what happened the following year - and the swallows that returned then — many of which — had NOT been born or alive the previous year - and ALL of which DIDN’T experience electricity to their body. Any guesses as to the outcome?

Let THS quote from the anomalist article:

The following spring,  with electrical lines still in place, tourists and promoters were expecting another  grisly spectacle (so much for romantic Capistrano); but, amazingly, this time hardly  any birds were killed. The swallows appeared to make a conscious effort to avoid  the electrical wiring.

Pretty freaky - right?

Science would have us believe that other species intelligence is something inherent, or ingrained. Something that takes thousands of generations to produce the `mindless’ intelligence - of instinct. Whatever that is, right?

Does it sound like Instinct to you?

OR, does it sound like our fellow species on this planet only lack an opposing thumb and a larynx to be our competitor in displaying how much consciousness they might possess? Thank goodness we will never be able to test a whales intelligence - it might just put us to shame.

And, when you consider the policies that our politicians, our collective consciousness, pursues — we have reason for that shame. Correct?

Finally, a big thanks to the editors of about.com and dailygrail.com and crystalinks.com and others - for making our last post one of the most read ever. Make sure to pageback to other great listings here or just use the main page at www.theheavystuff.com  - thanks again for reading - how about your comment?

Placing Odds On The Stephenville Ufo Incidents

This blog is dedicated to taking positions on realities greatest mysteries and certainly one of the biggest mysteries of 2008 has been the reported Ufo incidents in the skies over Stephenville Texas. Regular readers of The Heavy Stuff (THS) know that just earlier this week I posted an overview of the event and media reactions to it. But, this post happens because an editor of one of the websites that occasionally carries  our postings wanted our personal speculation as to `what Stephenville really was about’ - and here is THS’s personal speculation - literally giving odds as to what the phenomena may have been.

And, to that end, - THS gives a 40% chance - that the event involved aliens. Yes, aliens. Yes, perhaps, the time has finally come.

Specifics about the aliens would depend on ones viewpoint of physics and human history; as the aliens may come from `outer space’ - `here on Earth’ - or - (slight chance) possibily even`inner space - the dimensional-consciousness aspect’. Additionally, the `aliens’ may be biological or artificial intelligence entities - and finally, the `aliens’ may be nothing more than `vehicles’ that are exploring the universe (so to speak). All of these possibilities add up to the 40% figure.

Reasons for assigning this possibility as the most likely at 40% include the observations of the craft by human ground observers. Specifically, what the ship was observed to do and be — with its non earthly size and the craft’s ability to hover, morph, and to almost `disappear’ with a speed not of vehicles associated with humans.

But - 40% is hardly 100% - and, indeed, the concept that what was seen in TX as being aliens - is not even a majority in THS’s opinion. So, if it wasn’t aliens - what was it?

To that end, THS assigns a 30% chance that the event had to do with what could best be called `fortean’ realities of high strangeness. For example, could this have been a `shared reality of perceptions of a missing time event’? Could this have been some sort of space projection of humanities desires/consciousness? Could humans INDEED be IN some sort of self-conscious computer-entity in which ANYTHING can occur or be projected?

And, what analysis of phenomena would support this 30% percentage? Would some phenomenologists point at the localized nature? Would some phenomenologists point at the fact of repeated observations by the the same humans? Could indeed objects that `morph’ be less than what we normally consider REAL? If objects suddenly `are there’ and almost as suddenly `are not there’ - might those objects be less than real consensus spaces? Virtual object - virtual spaces; perhaps? Spaces NOT of our NOW? Things that are less than real?

And, as compelling as both those scenarios make when combined - a large percentage of chance still remains that is not covered by the other speculations into the unknown. In fact, THS speculates that at least a 20% chance exists that what was seen was not only human made, but paid for by your and THS’s tax-dollars.

This category of speculation requires only a back engineered alien technology OR the result of pilfering trillions from the `budget’ `to keep us safe’. And, under this scenario, what was seen was probably a `mistake’. One can only speculate that an invisibility shield was `down’ or similar malfunction. So, while only a 1 in 5 chance - the fact is - IT might have been US.

Then, finally, THS assigns a 10% chance to a similar outcome to the Stephenville incidents as the previous one. Humans. Wealthy humans. Wealthy humans NOT connected to ONE specific gov’t. A world power elite.

Except in this scenario the Stephenville `Displays’ were NOT an accident - but were ON PURPOSE. For a reason. Probably to force the gov’ts hand about UFO’s or the Ufo technology. Or, to force its hand for blackmail. Money. Or Power. The scenarios are not pleasant.

And, who are we to say that the weaponization of space hasn’t produced some `machine’ in the sky that can project a virtual space into our skies - for us all to wonder about.

Or - to be controlled by.

Leave a comment and give THS your odds of what the Stephenville Ufo incidents might have been. And, please, visit the blogroll for more great reads.

The Stephenville Ufo Incidents - Three Months Later

Welcome once again to The Heavy Stuff (THS), the blog that often shines the spotlight into the twilight zone of reality - today’s topic - the Jan. 2008 Stephenville Tx Ufo Incidents - and THS’s perspective 90 days later - on what may become a watershed event. Or not.

It certainly was a watershed in one particular manner - that being the unprecedented rapid response of the mainstream media coverage of a Ufo event. Never before has the media been immediately present only days later - immediately interviewing witnesses only days later - immediately informing the public that this `wasn’t one of ours’ only days later. Indeed, for the subject matter of Ufo’s, the coverage was almost unprecedented also in regard to repeated follow up stories on all of the cable newsnetworks. As you know, most Ufo reporting has NO follow up report.

Indeed, we all saw repeated follow-up stories, one after another…….. UNTIL the gov’t `gave us and that pesky media the answer’ to what was seen about two weeks after the story broke nationwide.

As you know from my own UFO blog http://ufodisclosurecountdownclock.blogspot.com  - that `answer’ amounted to the `big lie’ that the government almost always puts forth when `pressed‘ for a Ufo `answer’ by the public or the media. AND, as always, the `big lie answer’ is almost a government statement to the media to LAY OFF the subject matter. And, once again, the media did just that —

Within 30 days after the governments answer, the Texas incidents were largely nothing more than internet fodder — despite the fact that other events were continuing to occur in the Texas skies, even in Stephenville, many days after the initial local reports about Jan. 8th.

Indeed, it was the initial reports that stoked interest in the whole incident. The reasons were clear why something was needed to be explained by someone — namely it was what was being said in the on-air interviews; seemingly reliable witnesses, multiple witnesses not in silhouette lighting, — and what they initially described — a huge craft perhaps a mile wide, hovering, flashing and morphing, then almost disappearing at a high rate of speed - those descriptions were gripping the nation.  Within the last 90 days.

Indeed, the only `doubting’ or disappointment voiced of the incident in the opening days was `where are the cellphone pics of this thing’.

And, while no one was publicly doubting those that observed the craft - one witness who went to the media indicated that he felt pressured, within days of going to the media, by someone seemingly in the government, - to be `quiet’ about what he saw - again, this is someone he felt was within the gov’t calling his home.

Then, in an extra for the conspiracy buffs, the main reporter on the case for the local newspaper was told to move on a little early from her position as a reporter — eliminating her coverage and follow up interviewing. And, all this was happening  - just after the gov’t `answer’ -(the `answer’ of course is that the witnesses confused the silent mile wide craft for a number of F-16’s) — was official suppression at work? Or paranoia?

Regardless, media coverage of the incident was sufficiently muzzled by the gov’t answer, that by the time that when the amazing video surfaced of a `separate’ Stephenville Ufo flap incident - mainstream media coverage was minimal. Incredibly. After all THEY, the media, had been waiting for a video.

BUT, they did show `pictures’ of the video. And, the `pictures’ - literally video frame stills - of the `UFO light-show display’ video served as Stephenville’s final mention by the media. It was as if they didn’t have the courage to run the video — just stills from the video.

And, for good reason. That video, seen only on the internet, which goes on for 9 minutes, (and is linked in my March 6th listing on my anomalies site on squidoo - www.squidoo.com/anomalyman- among others)  shows the craft morphing into some cryptic lazarshowlike `symbols’ in the sky - could shatter some folks world views.

Indeed, the media, by only doing the stills - provided a palatable context for folks that wouldn’t shatter their worldview ——– a lazar show picture. In the sky. (Don’t humans do lazar shows in the sky?) Something to look at, not to wonder about.

The JUMP from entertainment (lazar show) to COMMUNICATION from another species — was not quite ready for prime time - evidently - even though many would find it obvious. After all, this is NOT standard UFO protocol by any means. The newsreaders on the networks were basically allowed to have a questioning look on their collective faces as they showed the squiggly lights in the sky. (While whispering under their breath WTF.) ————Before going onward to the next coverage of Brittney Spears in public. (Just forget about those disturbing ufo images folks.)

Of course, NOT  showing the ufo lazar video means ——– the media blinked - or was forced to blink — about the ufo issue — about the Ufo Disclosure issue. And, no one even noticed.

(Interestingly, within 30 days of the denial by the gov’t - the internet was alive with the supposed `rushed’ UN UFO Disclosure meeting - coincidence? - And, what are we to make of NO media mention of the internet rumor of the UN disclosure meeting? Coincidence again?)

A thinking person can only think that there are limits to the `pace of the revealing of Ufo information’ by the mainstream media. Indeed, are we seeing yet another tease in the past two weeks concerning the Drones?

Is the media covering them now because of the rumored `back-engineering from alien knowledge’? Will that be the slippery slope way the media and the gov’t are going to let this all slip into common consciousness - that WE, human beings,  have UFO’s - and — for now — don’t worry about those pesky details too much.

THS wonders what the media overview of the Drones and Stephenville (and the UN meeting) will be by the end of 2008. What other ufo events, if any, will warrant `immediate’ media attention?

Or, are those days now relegated to the past - even the recent past - when the media would actually respond and cover the unknown. Will the legacy of Stephenville turn out to be the seriousness of the media coverage? A legacy that - now that we have the `governments Stephenville answer’ - will never happen again.  Or will it?

UFO Fools Day

Hello to all readers of The Heavy Stuff (THS) - thanks for returning for another heavy installment of thought - downloadable right here. Today’s topic, of course, is the upcoming holiday this week - April Fools Day — and, just as we provided a link for Groundhogs Day on our other blog www.ufodisclosurecountdownclock.blogspot.com here’s a good link for you for this weeks unofficial `people’ holiday –>  http://www.thefoolsday.com/ . As you know, April First,  is the day to honor Tom Foolery — something which is right up the alley of Ufo `information’.

How, you ask, are Ufo’s associated with April Fools and tomfoolery? And, who, or what, would be doing this tomfoolery associated with Ufo’s? Do Ufo `fools’ deserve a day all to themselves? Perhaps, yes, unfortunately - when one looks at the evidence.

The sad/funny part of that is noone wants to be made the April fool. To be caught on the short end by an April Fools Joke. The `fools’ are always made to look foolish, gullible, or, at best,  innocent and simple in thought and attention. Simple Fools.

Indeed, perhaps just a few examples will provide the basis of some of this idea THS is posting today. As one knows, the tomfoolery perpetuated depends on the gullibility that those seriously interested in the Ufo subject matter - the desire to believe or simply to have an explanation for an actual observation of a Ufo (as 14% of Americans claim). Indeed, the tomfoolery that those with an interest in Ufo’s  have had to endure is now legendary, and literally growing yearly - and the picture it paints of Ufo information and discussion - relegates it to JOKE LEVEL. (The smirk factor.)

Perhaps those wanting to believe have never been made bigger fools of than the Alien Autopsy video. After all, what would substitute better for a White House front lawn landing than an alien body itself - or - at least the video of an alien body. Indeed, what fools `ufo consumers’ were - (as you know, to folks that sell TV shows, markets for the shows have demographic profiles - and are a consumer group with X dollars purchasing power) when the autopsy `proof’ came to the small screen in front of us.

And, the alien autopsy provided the proof. It was like the TV we all remember from the 1950’s - grainy, black and white footage, small details of the time-era planted into the film, the vague storyline of source material - the alien that looked like everyone EXPECTED an alien to look like.

BUT, of course, it was all a JOKE - Playing the public for a fool level - I will grade a 10.

So, the only clear video of a dead alien to ever be widely distributed for `information’ — was a hoax for money –  and only`fools’ would be consumers of it. With the side effect of  teaching  those `fools’ to not believe the Ufo stuff, no matter how real it looks. The lesson, don’t be fools; even old videos might be fake. The bottom line,  don’t believe the media about Ufo’s (FOX brought this to America).

Well, the UFO consumer said, if we can’t believe the media - how about our government? They wouldn’t play the public for fools - would they? After all, they work for us, the citizens. (THS is having a hard time typing this with a straight face even celebrating Fools Day.) They give us the info we seek - that is why we have FOI, right? And, for sure, the government wasn’t playing the UFO information consuming public as fools with their explanation for the O’Hare Ufo Incident of 2006 (it didn’t happen) or the Stephenville Ufo incident of 2008, (TEN F-16 Jets) = Right? (Or the famous Swamp Gas explanation.)

But, in this case the JOKE is that THEY WERE SERIOUS  with these statements for Ufo Consumers. Therefore, when graded for Playing the public for a fool  - 10 - once again. The lesson - listen to your government - don’t ask questions you don’t want the answer to - don’t be a FOOL.

Well, the common man thought, if the media will play the Ufo community as a fool - and the Government will play the Ufo community as a fool — certainly, we can hope the `info’ from the people won’t play us for a fool, right? Folks won’t get INTO HOAXING now that the computer graphics are here and now - right? Hoaxing ufo consumers would never be pushed on the public, right?

And, then, came along the 2007 Haiti Ufo Video — for all to see on major networks news. Now we can believe that right? They check sources and don’t just put on as entertainment something that would change the literal worldview, right?

But, you as a Ufo info consumer were beginning to sense something. Could it be that clear visual ufo disclosure as seen in the Haiti video isn’t the case once again? Is this how the whole gig was going to be `revealed’? And, for a few days - the carrot was dangled for the foolhardy.

But, as you know,  the Haiti `proof’ wasn’t real either - again - and only fools would believe that stuff - right? (Notice any pattern here?) The egg was once again on the face of the believer - again to look like a fool if they mentioned the video to anyone; or professed belief in it.

The lesson again - don’t believe modern tapes (this is different than tapes from the 1940’s which we all knew would not have fancy film special effects) - don’t believe your eyes - don’t be a fool.

Finally, later last year - came the Drones. The objects eventually associated with back engineered alien technology - via forums on the web. Lots of stories and witnesses - `writing’ on the wings of the `impossible’ Drones. Were we as Ufo consumers being set up again? Everyone wanted to be cautious. To be non-believers. To not be fools - even if it seemed too good to be true. Like the others. Like the others that made us look like fools willing to believe it all. (As with all the above stories about UFO tomfoolery - the Drones is an on-going story of investigation, with breaking news even this week.)

Then, in January, came the Stephenville Ufo Incident - and more importantly - THE SKY MESSAGES FROM THE SPACECRAFT - . Heirogliphics in the skies. Could this be THE CONTACT? Or were the aliens themselves playing us (or the government) off as the fool? Can we believe that after all the tomfoolery that the aliens are taking things into their own schedule? Are they wondering when the fools will wake up?

And, now, finally, — if we can’t believe the media, the government, the people or the aliens - how about the World?

And, so now we have the supposed meeting that took place at the UN in Feb. of 2008 — about the plan to reveal to the world the Ufo information. To get us all ready for the coming transition in just a few years, when, `they say’ - alien ships will sit in our skies for observation. To provide us the proof we are not alone -

AND, that the time has come……………..

To be Ufo Fools - Never Again.

Is Earth, Are Humans, Worthy of Visitations?

Filed under: Ufo's, Nearby Stars, Stephenville Ufo, Huge Ufo, Big Media, UFO Incidents — Rick @ 9:12 am

In lieu of what could be nearly called a UFO `wave’ in Texas this month, and, with huge objects in the sky in general too (3 circumstances at least now this month alone) perhaps this post - which I had been working on over the last few weeks - is not needed. I say that because perhaps the last few months have been as active as we’ve seen the media coverage of the UFO matter be in a long time. And, now, the coverage of the HUGENESS of the Stephenville Ufo seems to take the `ufo thing’ beyond pilfered Black Budgets, and back engineering, and into the Crypto-unknown.

Now, of course, just because the media is covering something at any given moment, hardly means it isn’t or hasn’t been an on-going thing. The kidnapped child is only one of 100’s at any given moment. The unsolved murder is only one of 1000’s at any given moment. Likewise with Ufo reports. So, the media’s relative interest of late doesn’t make the `phenomena’ REAL or newly unique. Indeed, UFO hugeness has been reported before.

Yet, that said, a few folks continue in some quarters to make the case that the phenomena ISN”T explained by `aliens from this planet or other planets’. Hey, fair enough - but - lets look at an articulation of that viewpoint.

Specifically, the RRR Group, posted a blog entry - the link is here http://ufocon.blogspot.com/2007/12/ufos-cosmology-flaw.html. Within a day or so - another blog had this response - http://alienworldsmag.blogspot.com/2007/12/ufos-and-irrelevant-arguments.html .. Please take the time to read these blogs - then return.

THS would like to comment specifically now about some comments within the RRR posting.

Earth is too insignificant to attract alien beings in flying saucers”

THS’S COMMENT - While we can quibble about the description - many of the `things in the sky’ seem to have a semi-standard structure that resembles `flying saucers’ or a `similar model’. SO, obviously, the statement about not attracting flying saucers on the face of it is false. Why flying saucers are here is indeed a question - of which the probable reason is that it is that we are indeed (or the Earth is indeed) `not insignificant’. Sorry — to THS - both of these statements, which begin the whole post — are not in THS’s opinion - accurate - or worth basing a whole posting defending.

RRR ” The Earth is infinitesimally small in the cosmological context, and without vibrant attractive features. Even the water element is trivial by observational standards

THS - Since very large planets have overwhelming gravity that might prohibit `life’ emerging to a humanoid level — would they be a focus? No. Smaller planets might have similar life forms to life forms that would be traveling in (using RRR’s term) `flying saucers’. And, the water element trival - OH PLEASE.    Again — THS’s verdict on the comment — bogus.

But, the RRR post continues with near non-sense - consider.

RRR - ” Unless UFO inhabitants have technologies that enable “them” to ferret out minerals or liquids that they need or find interesting — and no UFO has exhibited such advanced technology – the Earth would remain invisible to them”

THS - UFO’s, whatever they are - have been long reported near power lines and nuclear facilities — would that not be ferreting out `minerals’ ? And obviously, we are NOT invisible to whatever is operating the crafts. Once again, THS’s verdict on the comment - bogus.

But, it doesn’t stop there - the strangely thought out post continues with this:

RRR - ” Alien explorers scouring the Universe or just our galaxy alone would miss the Earth by virtue of Earth’s inconsequentiality”

THS - Oh, come on —- if LIFE is on-board these crafts — they would be well aware which of the planets would be of interest to things with LIFE. Obviously, Earth fits the billing. (Unless they really liked frozen atmospheres - or the seemingly lifeless surfaces of Venus or Mars or Mercury). Obviously, if they wanted diverse life forms. Obviously, if they wanted to interact with `things’ that may have freewill or self-determination. Then, obviously, Earth is the one planet of very most interest within 25 trillion miles - THS thinks that POINT alone would certainly justify exploration.  THS verdict - goofy.

Continuing:

RRR - ” But Earth-centric ufologists still think that this planet is a beacon of some kind that has attracted interplanetary visitors since time immemorial”

THS - The characteristics of life have been around this planet for several hundred million years - if such lifeforms are cruising around the universe for the last 7 or so billion years (advanced life off of second-third generation stars) - they may very well have come by in the last 400 million years. Also, to THS, mankind’s murky beginnings leave much to be speculated about and indeed, old artifacts may indeed point to a time when `other humanoids’ may have `occupied’ this planet for a time. VERDICT — more likely than not Earth has been monitored in some manner.

Continuing:

RRR - ” Sure, the UFO phenomenon exists, but would better be explained by time travel (from the past or future) or even a parallel universe or existence.”

THS - Now, THS knows that RRR’s poster is on weak logic. IF the past could be changed would it have been real when it occurred? - NO - I think we can rule out `flying saucers’ being from the past. FUTURE? - Oh, please, — whose’s future may THS ask? Can the future have meaning when the only `actions’ occur in the present. What gobbledygook. NO, RRR, `they’ don’t come from the past or future. VERDICT - goofy. Parallel universe? - IF by that RRR means within the `current’ and perhaps be referring to higher dimensions or vibrations within that `current’ —- PERHAPS — Finally, RRR, made one comment not totally goofy.

RRR - ” And the vast number of UFO sightings and varying craft configurations (if real) indicate a sizable presence that means some alien culture has an inordinate interest and exploratory fleet available to waste time in Earth’s skies, or a slew of alien cultures have stumbled upon Earth and have been intrigued enough, to the detriment of all other planets in the galaxy or Universe, to remain on scene for millennia, and to what purpose?”

THS - THS would dispute the categorizing as a `sizable presence’ and assumes that alien life would find humans worth the study since we seem to be the influential species on the planet - who are in a mode within the last 65 years of altering the planets very orbit (with hydrogen bombs) in the universe. IF more than one species is monitoring — the sizable presence becomes just commonsensical. AND, since there probably isn’t life like we have within 24 trillion miles — perhaps that is the reason they are staying. VERDICT - the outcome of faulty premises.

RRR - ” An argument can be made that UFOnauts are loopy and we human beings can’t fathom their thought processes or modus operandi”

THS - Finally, a point that can be agreed with — indeed - beings, who are possibly BILLIONS of years more advanced - may indeed, have thought processes or operations we don’t understand.

RRR- “That’s a possibility we admit, but hoping for a relief from Earth’s woes by such obtuse creatures makes little sense also.”

THS - What whining. THS certainly isn’t hoping for `relief’ from `obtuse creatures’. And, why would beings who have a history BILLIONS of years long be `obtuse’? While some indeed hope the aliens come and establish order or take us to heaven or replace oil with free energy — that is hardly the reason folks end up seeing these craft — or is that what RRR is saying?

RRR - “And if flying saucers were or are an invading vanguard, the procrastination bespeaks something not sinister but inept”

THS -  THS agrees - THS doubts this is an invasion to take over the world - SO - it isn’t sinister in that regard and isn’t inept in that regard. To call an intelligence that can move a craft to amazing speeds inept - speaks for itself.

RRR - “No, cosmology doesn’t allow for alien or interplanetary UFOs, so the mystery has to be explained in some other way….or dismissed out of hand as worthy of further attention, which we’ve been advocating for some time now.”

THS - It should be noted that elsewhere in the post that RRR indicated NOT believing in `flying sauces’ being `Earth-based’ — THS assumes this is because RRR would have to admit they got here somehow.

Anyway - THS’s view is that interplanetary travel might indeed be possible at even less than light speed with `intelligent machines’ that have billions of years to preform the original purpose they were designed for. Additionally, THS’s view is that IF `humaniod’ intelligence is within a reasonable distance - say 50 light years - that it’s possible that a very limited amount of entities within that distance (several hundred - to thousand suns of varying power - 233 are within 30 light years including the low powered stars) may develop travel abilities within that kind of distance even with crafts of less than light speed. That said, a dimensionality of the here-now, is likely the `source’ of these `objects-entities’ — and all this talk of distance and time is nearly meaningless.

Bottom line — Earth is worthy of visitations. Humans are worthy too.
