Hello, welcome back to The Heavy Stuff (THS) - the one blog of the internet dedicated to taking positions on some of realities greatest mysteries. And, as most of you already know, THS also has a daily `anomaly links’ webpage on Squidoo featuring 1 to 5 daily links to everything from the esoteric to the absurd - the link will be below. And, as humanity moves further and further into the `information age’ - and as more and more information - becomes suspect - with all aspects of digital reality coming with the imbedded ability to manipulate the outcome - no `stories’ can be sworn to as real anymore. Such is the state of the anomalous internet world in 2008.No longer is `getting a picture’ or `video’ of a Ufo enough - since any product can be created in a lab and no one has the time, money or effort to prove or disprove any specific one anymore. And, in 2008, no longer is the word of the law above reproach - as we saw with the Georgia Bigfoot Hoax this summer promoted by one of our men in blue. And, no longer is the government afraid to tell the big lie - as in the Stephenville Ufo Incidents earlier in 2008. And, with such - `no longers’ - in our final visions of what constituted our high strangeness list for this year - we have decided to include the hoaxes too — as their coverage by the mainstream media is becoming part of the Fortean story.And, with that, THS presents 2008’s Best Hoaxes, Anomalous Events and Dubious Links Listing: (in reverse order)

Has there ever been a human chimp hybrid? You may be surprised at the answers. #7 - Cow Abduction Into Spacecraft On Video - Link - http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-6046596687847798944&q=ufo Comment - An example of the dubious emerging online or an amazing capture - more and more the public will be given `evidence’ like this to consider. Indeed, another video we had on our Squidoo site this year showed a man being abducted and returned (all on a security video tape).

#6 - Georgia Bigfoot Hoax — Comment - In one of the better perpetuated hoaxes in recent memory - two young men, both with ties to law enforcement - swear that they have a frozen Bigfoot in a freezer that they will be revealing to the world. The lie is complete with different versions of dragging the creature miles thru the Georgia Mountains while under the watchful eye of `other bigfoots’.The Georgia Bigfoot hoax was not the only story worth following in the field - as was shown by this great article in 2008 about a lifelong quest after a sighting - http://www.washingtoncitypaper.com/display.php?id=35887 — this is worth reading.#5 - Video Of Creature - Link - http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&VideoID=31126420 Comment — Could this thing possibly be real? We know the second is real and possible - imagine if YOU saw something like it in the woods. What if it was given red eyes? Tons of pictures. AND FINALLY 2008’s #1 ANOMALY #1 — The Stephenville Texas Ufo Incidents Of 2008 - And, The Discredited Government Explanation of Military Jets - Comment - To those that followed the events in Jan. 2008 - one thing was clear — something - something HUGE was in the Texas skies that no one wanted to talk about in the government. MUFON was able to `prove’ that an object cruising at over 700 MPH with no transponder was in the skies. Scores of witnesses over a period of several weeks - with NEW reports in just the last few weeks of 2008 too.It was one of those incidents early in the year that had this video link (not highly regarded in MUFON’s report) that has seemingly set the stage for similar UFO craft demonstrations during the year. That said, a worldwide obsession for the Ufo’s to show on Oct. 14^th fell thru - it seems mankind has moved to the `show me’ stage on Ufo’s. Hello fans of The Heavy Stuff - thanks for returning for another installment of the blog dedicated to speculations on realities greatest mysteries. Indeed, today’s post literally involves not only a famous person of earth but perhaps the last famous person of earth to be `officially missing’ (at the current moment). That is, until an article surfaced last week that sent shivers down the spines of most folks who read it.

THS found the article at http://naturalplane.blogspot.com/2008/02/did-steve-fossett-make-contact-with-his.html (a great website) and immediately put it onto our own lens at Squidoo.com called Anomalies, Paranormal and Mind Perceptions - it’s grouped in the February 27th listings on our site (find the link to our site in the blogroll to the right).

 Anyway, the article was about explorer, hero,  and pilot Steve Fossett who recently was declared dead several months after his plane vanished in the desert. As you might have read when the incident was fresh, the search for his craft was nearly unprecedented and resulted in finding many other previous plane crashes (six in last report) but not Mr. Fossett’s.

Small  things in a big world sometimes don’t `show up’ for sight. But sometimes they do too.

But then; this article emerged. If not true, it strains belief why someone would begin to spin a yarn about an incident like this - putting it into the internet supraworld. And, the crux of the article is that Steve Fossett or at the least Steve Fossett’s `projection’ of space - walked calmly to the door of a room his wife was in and proceeded to calmly explain his death incident.

If chills are not on your spine now, — how about the fact that the article talks of blue entities and a dimensional location (entrance) here on Earth. In the dessert. Where he and his plane are. And, that he knows the future.

THS also wants to distinguish that his wife emphasised that his image was not that of a ghost, but, one that was a duplicate of himself in the flesh so to speak. Obviously, there are a hundred perception questions that investigators would love to ask about her experience. But, the incident, as reported, brings about other issues THS has covered before. Doppelgangers. Specifically, pilot doppelgangers.

And, now, we have - evidently - Steve Fossett’s Doppelganger `returning’ to fill intentions from his space - into our reality. Can this be pure chance? A new pilot doppelganger? Doppelgangers are one of the rarest of esoteric phenomena in THS’s opinion. There are many more reported instances of bigfoot sightings for instance - or - ufo’s - or even - ghosts.

Doppelgangers clearly transcend ghosts. (Pun intended.)

The rarity of doppelgangers and now the `story’ of the appearance of another `pilot doppelganger’ (the third at least) - is a phenomena which isn’t to be ignored if one wants insights into the phenomena of the reality structure we may all face when dead. And, indeed, it’s the death of these pilots that seems to be the commonality. More specifically, KNOWING of the coming of death - of these pilots.

Knowing the exact moment, the precise moment - that one is going to die — is very rare for a human consciousness. And, if in good health - could this bring about a super awareness immediately prior to - or after - death. A super awareness with space. And, perhaps - with an identity. A space entity with consciousness.

While this story (and THS speculation)  reads like fiction - consider these thoughts. In THS’s family exists a diary of when ancestors came to America on a ship in the 1880’s — and one of those of the family coming over died on the ship while coming over — and THAT person - while they were on the ship crossing the Atlantic, and just before they died — was seen in the streets of his hometown in Europe. TRUE STORY. 

So, if the `doppelganger space’ exists separately from the body in life — certainly, our afterlife space may have a doppelganger too. Separate from THAT afterlife’s spaces location - just as the doppelganger space is separate from living humans space.

Finally, of course, it is possible that the doppelganger that Steve Fossett’s wife observed is his ONLY space he still has - and was not a doppelganger of himself; but was himself (as he still exists). As is the possibility that the entire event was `only’ an illusion. Or, the phenomenology representation of a desire (or intention).

Lastly, is it possible that a pilot about to embrace death can escape via a hyper awareness into his doppelganger space - and thereby, escape death?
