The Heavy Stuff

For most folks who claim to be `religious’ - the one frequently mentioned advantage to being a `follower’ is that it entitles one to `everlasting life’ — in a type of heaven, ….. or hell. But, does anyone really give that `promise’ of `everlasting life’ a close look - a close enough look to maybe say

`you know what - that really really doesn’t sound so good to me’.

I mean - do you really - really - want to be YOU —————- FOREVER?

If you are - perhaps you are more comfortable with being You - for eternity - than I am. And, if you are - perhaps you are less interested in `the unknown’ or the `what-else is there’ - than I am. Because, to me, I honestly don’t think I have any interest in being me —- FOREVER.

I mean it. Do you want to be YOU forever? For eternity? Without any chance to ever escape your own space? Without any chance to `reach a nirvana’ that involves losing one’s presence?

And, the hilarious thing is — we are talking about HEAVEN here. Certainly, HELL would NOT be something you would want to be as yourself - FOREVER.

So, that isn’t even a consideration about religion or real circumstance. We assume the afterlife to be free of pain or deep negative emotion. So, again, the premise of this post is - Heaven and Everlasting life.

Now, here - let us all take a leap of imagination - indeed, I’d like to use your mind for a minute or two to take a journey.

We first begin with the circumstances of your death - which in nealy all circumstances will not be ideal in terms of your state of being. Most likely you will have been in pain, in an altered consciousness state, or turmoil at some level, before `seeing the light’ of the next order for your being.

Seeing the light and being beyond having attractions within the world - you feel your space leaving your `body’ - and suddenly - you realize that your `space’ was more than your body - and you begin to wonder about this new `soul-space’ that you seem to have. You might even `see’ your dead or dying body `below’ you - now that your `soul-space’ has separated — indeed, the `confinement’ of what was once your body (often in pain) - and the end of all associated with it - seems to be a valid way to go - as you know all beings die - and it - evidently - now is your own spaces `time’. Ironically.

Eventually, you no longer `see’ your `dead’ `human’ body - but perhaps a few `dead’ folks can stay around `longer’ - even able to go to relatives in a `ghostly’ experience (to them) - some folks being very attached still to the emotions that one generates upon dying. Indeed, `some’ dead folks may thrive on the emotions still `in reality’ - and, to a degree - this could determine the `area’ of your `next’ ontological `space’ sequences.

But, while a `little’ of the experiences may be like this — it seems apparent that the vast majority of `human spaces’ that pass on - do NOT return in the immediate time-frame after their death to have REAL interactions with living humans. And, even those that seem to `become ghosts’ — don’t really seem to last forever.

Remember, we’ve had an estimated 100 Billion humans on Earth so far. SOOOOO - `everlasting life’, most likely, is not detailing anything about being a ghost. Who would ever want to be a ghost FOREVER. Nobody.  Indeed, if death’s experience is detailing any `area’ - it most certainly would be elsewhere than `here in reality’ - easily over 99% of the time.

Now, let’s continue playing out different death scenarios - and give me more time with your mind please.

So, this time - at death - don’t be distracted by the emotions of the living and take the view into the light. Turning away from the Earth and living Earthlings - will be a very scary thought - a thought of hope and fear.

The ultimate `what next’ turning for your space - with the overwhelming presence of an undeniable `light’. You remember the `instructions’ about going into the light - but - as a reader of The Heavy Stuff - you also remember that one caveat - that the light might or might not be God.

Because, the Light - might be the Greatest Light in this area of the universe. The light that always brought YOU life and everything you ever experienced — the Light - of the Sun. Our/Earth’s nearest star. Indeed, what you may suddenly realize is that your remaining `soul-mass’ - do to your intentions of going to the Light — have set you in motion for the greatest gravity center within 100 Trillion Miles - The Sun.

And, depending on how `close’ your perception space takes you - the Sun will appear to be overwhelming in every description - after all - this is the FIRST TIME in your LIFE (ironically) that you will be able to stare directly at this miracle of creation. This life giving instrument to all `rocky’ planets in the universe and most importantly - Earth.

Indeed, you may wonder if the Sun is indeed God. And, if your ’soul-space’ indeed merges with it - in the afterlife - you would realize - you wouldn’t be the first. It would be a sobering final realization.

But, perhaps you don’t rush for the Light. Perhaps you wonder where all the `previous dead friends’ are - that you had once in life? Shouldn’t `they’ be here - right now - for You? Isn’t that part of the lore too?

And, perhaps that `calling’ - those intentions’ will be all it will take - in the new ontological structure - for your `wish’ to `materialize’.

`Suddenly’ there `they’ are - just as you expected them. `They’ are going to show YOU a new path to follow. A space with new relationships, new actualization’s - `new’ eternal `life’ you begin to `think’. Perhaps they are even taking you to God or A God. And, the amazing thing is that you are going to find out `soon’ - `very very soon’.

And, perhaps, there will be an immediate Judgement. An immediate re-assignment for your `soul-space’ (could your `friends’ in the afterlife be leading you to a HELL?).  And, if you immediately `found’ yourself in a blazing hot location - would `losing your mind’ be a possible source of `relief’ of this eternity?

Or, likewise, perhaps you will hear immediate Harps and see blue skies and lo and behold - along with billions of others - you are sitting with some omnipresent being - just `beholding’.

But, if there is only ONE God - wouldn’t the deity be with - all beings of noteworthiness - beings from all planets or even spaces in which a being or entity existed? Wouldn’t that be a crowded place beyond belief?

Could that be the ultimate reward - really? One that YOU would want to have FOREVER?

Or, would merging with God be better? And, not having Foreverness! Is this promise of everlasting life - really so compelling if we don’t get to `leave our space’?

OR, would a more `humanish’ ending be more likely for a being of our overall consciousness level. After all, it’s not like we are chopped liver either. We are, seemingly, the most intelligent species in 100 Trillion miles - minimum. We have proposed theories which explain reality to moments after its very beginning. We are self-aware and know logic and emotion and symbol.

So, what if that means something like The Leslie Flint Tapes - which I’ve blogged about before in these very pages. If you are not aware of the tapes - they were seances conducted with the purpose to find out `day to day’ things about the afterlife. I urge you to research these tapes for they seem to provide what seems to be a very `truthful’ accounting for what `the afterlife’ might be like.

Give me your mind for just a bit longer.

What the various `reports’ from beyond suggest, is that `life’ is `similar’, but with changes over time.

At the beginning (of death’s life), one sees and meets with all the folks one knew in `life’ and seemingly - has `new’ relationships that build on the past experiences. But, with one twist, you won’t see the person as you knew them - supposedly - they will appear to you as the age THEY see themselves as - and that may be an age that you knew them at or not.

Yes, your dead grandmother might appear to be younger than you.

And, `things’ will change - as `time’ for your `soul-space’ goes onward.

The Leslie Flint Tapes suggest that as your `death-life’ experience goes onward - you will be less likely to use clothes and eventually - less likely to even eat. Indeed, your experience will be almost totally `self-motivated’ - with `places’ being less important - than `experiences’.

Meaning, the carpet layer will be laying carpets (perhaps with other carpet layers too). But, where the carpets are being laid - will not have a continuity with `being home’ - in the afterlife. YOU simply would `be home’ - without - the intervening `space’ of `places’ between - laying carpet and being home (after you were done laying carpet with the carpet layers like yourself).

If you remembered a particular person `that evening’ - You would BE with them. Immediately. Well, immediately, to YOU. (The other person might have a few to Trillions of experiences before mixing with your `next intentionality’. That said, I bet folks are at similar `busy levels’ in the afterlife - except if you were a Famous Person.)

As I said, time and place, in the ontological sense - will not be the most important attribute of actualization. Actualization will be based on intentionality’s and expectations. (Ontology will consist of missing space and missing time. But it will be unnoticeable after awhile.)

Finally, I’ve blogged this next idea before about the Leslie Flint Tapes - and that is - in the afterlife there supposedly are `enlightened ones’. How trippy is that? I repeat, in the afterlife there will be `entities’ `human entities’ who will tell you to worship this or that - to get to the `next level’ of existence.

What in the world are you going to make out of that?

Or, will you realize in your space after death - that - You are now, not even a body anymore - needing not to wear clothes, eat, and eventually, not even having a full body. Yes, eventually, one becomes essentially a `head space’ or yes - an idea of yourself.

Now, that is NOT to say that we all couldn’t have LOTS of fun for a long long time in this manner. But, eventually, even this limited ecstasy would become less than compelling. One might realize that `thousand year and million year’ entities are few and far between - all entities having `vanished’ in some manner. Eventually being `not able’ to respond to your intentionality’s any longer.

And, a realization that perhaps the `enlightened ones’ were right.

And, eventually, like the Dark Energy that is supposedly driving all matter apart - eventually isolating all space unto themselves.

And, having finally exhausted every `time’ for our individual space - every intentionality that we could ever imagine - we come to our individual end - thankful - that it did not go on forever.

But, ultimately, thankful for the Nothingness of Being.

Hello, and welcome back to The Heavy Stuff (THS) - a blog to bookmark if you want speculation into realities greatest mysteries. Today’s posting is an offshoot of THS’s  post earlier last month http://theheavystuff.com/?p=99 - having to do with just how strange the whole `ufo’ experience can be to an individual or even a group of individuals. It was in that post that THS speculated that occasionally, and perhaps often,  a  `UFO experience’ may involve `different types’ of entities.

THS, when mentioning different entity types,  wasn’t referring about the internet speculation (with some added  fantasy perhaps) that multiple alien races are here, permenantly,  in Earth’s biosphere and are probably interacting with humans (some say dozens of races). No, what THS was and is referring to  is `spaces’* (entities) which do not have an equal `basis’ of `common reality’ grounding - compared to a human. (Wordy, THS knows, but we will get much more specific in a bit.) Let THS attempt to explain:

[* Remember, much of the Phillips Phenomenology (PP) positions `space’ as a characteristic which must be actualized for an event to occur. The PP describes `different types of spaces’ - and where they occur.]

Type One - Aliens/Entities

(Real & Travel In Craft)

Type One Properties —> Real `physical’ alien - in the same manner that a human is `physical’ . A being with a birth, and, on-going, contiguous,  `space-time’ reality - rooted in our same human perceived outer reality that we as humans consider a  `common consensus’ - considered by all to be called our `real’** ontology. Type One Aliens are beings that do NOT exceed the speed of light for travel and are beings that travel by craft. They are beings that do not need to `become objective’ to reveal `their reality of space’. They would be beings as trapped in our common reality as we humans are.

**[In other words, if a class of 100 college biology students were asked in an auditorium classroom if any of them thought the lecture was a `being dreamed’ as opposed to being experienced while awake - all would KNOW it wasn’t a dreamstate. (Then again with college students who knows, right?)]

Comment - To humans at our 2009 level of consciousness, these Type One Aliens are the most real and `humanlike’  of all alien types. `They’ will probably have arms, legs, a head, be able to communicate with each other - etc - humanlike characteristics of which humans can identify. Nevertheless, `aliens’ of any sort are inherently scary to most humans, of course.

However, type one beings that travel `anywhere’ in the universe ONLY below the speed of light - can be assumed to be rare; very rare - in ANY one particular location, including Earth. That said, being very rare - in a near infinite universe - does not mean non-existent or impossible. Indeed, while of low probability to be at any one location in the universe - this would be the alien/entity type MOST likely to have an interest in living planets like Earth.

But, would such beings, Type One beings,  be so focused as `being here’ only in the last 60 years? (Or would it be another type of the four entity/alien choices THS will review?) Wouldn’t such type one beings be just as likely to have been here, around Earth, for at least the last few hundred million years? You know, coming and going at will over the millenia - perhaps staying on occasion for eons.

Could we really expect that more than a  handful would be `around’ in any given era like ours? (If they did `stick around’ how many `aliens’ would they need to have a sustainable population?) Could we really expect a huge increase within a short period of 60 years, that we seem to have experienced,  from beings that use  `moving craft’ in a `galaxy’ context? (If there has been such an increase in the last 60 years.)

Indeed, the idea of a sudden increase in `this type’ of alien - a type one alien/entity - just seems unlikely, logically. Why? Well, first, T1 beings living below the `light threshold’ would not even have knowledge of mans recent advancements - outside of a 60 year light cone. Could there really be a significant number of civilizations within 60 years that have humanlike entities that have crafts that go a significant % of the speed of light? And who would want to come HERE if they did have such `slow’ `interstellar’ craft? It simply seems unlikely.

All that stated, doesn’t it seem possible that a few - repeat, a few - species of aliens may be camped out semi-permanently on Earth or nearby planets (if they do have near light-speed craft)?It does to THS - but - at the same time - it also seems logical that there AREN’T - large numbers of different types. We can all quibble about what constitues a large number  within a 60 year radius or permanent level of visitation on all `live planets’ in the universe. (Meaning that other planets with planet and animal life would be just as likely as Earth to have monitoring `type one’ aliens.)

It might be a cool blog post to speculate `how many’ craftable alien civilazations might be within any given 100 mile light year `radius’? Why? Because if an entity had access to the universe `above’ the speed of light — there exists little reason to `limit’ oneself to the `local’ 60 light year light cone. Which leads us to the next logical type of entity:

Type Two - Aliens/Entities

(Real and Travel Without Craft)

Type Two Properties –> Real physical alien - in the same manner as a human is physical and the type one alien. A being with a birth and an on-going `space-time’ reality - rooted in a common consensus with similar beings on a planet with a real ontology - just like humans and type one aliens. Beings that can EXCEED the speed of light for travel and do NOT travel by `craft/structure’ in the strict sense of the word. Beings that `become objective’ to reveal their reality on Earth. (Obviously, the `how’ part of this is the `science’ side - or - `consciousness’ side — the esoteric aspect. On the science side, perhaps humans/aliens/beings can create machines that can be `stepped into’ and as the outcome - provide `bi-location’ for the `space identity’. On the consciousness side - perhaps some beings with intelligence on some planet somewhere have been able to develop - just thru `mind’ focus — an ability to travel the universe — and in essence - `plant’  their `space’ elsewhere/elsewhen. To THS, both of these `new location experiences’ - would seem to be within the rhelm of possibility if the concept of `dopplegangers’ is real. If there is a `space’ which can `be representative’ within `another reality’ (not connected by the light cone to the original now) - then the `doppleganger’ may be just the `vehicle’ needed. IT WOULD ALSO EXPLAIN THE MANY MANY TIMES THAT ALIENS HAVE BEEN SAID TO JUST `VANISH’. Because, it’s not really `their space’ that is here at all. It would be like having perception from an out of body experience taken to the 10th degree. Frankly, it, this explanation, would also account for the great variety of `beings’ - indeed, those of type two that are more rooted in `science’ travel — may be limited in the way that they can `appear’ based on some specific `programming’ - ones `space’ could appear as perhaps an animal or non-similar entity that was originating the `signal’.

Comment - To humans in 2009 at our collective consciousness levels - these `forms’ or alien/entities - are perhaps the most mysterious - as they seem to be possibly `more real’ than `more spiritual entites - like Type 3 & 4′ (which we will cover soon). WHY? Because things that seem totally solid, totally here - and then can vanish — does not fit our normal consensus reality. Is this how a Bigfoot can be within 20 feet of a human and compel that human to search to find a `real Bigfoot’ - again - for the rest of their lives? Or, how `beings’ or entities can come out of, or go into, a `glowing slot’ of space - as seen on the Bigelow Ranch.

Doesn’t it seem likely that many of the experiences that are described as paranormal are really an encounter with these `enhanced’ Type Two creatures? Doesn’t this really seem to describe much of what is taken to be UFO’s - speeding away at unbelievable’ speeds? Indeed, if we are ready to be honest as thinking humans - this type to alien - literally from a different world with a `common now’ (meaning the alien or entities world does exist as a planet within our timecone) and `common spaces’ to our Earth — seems to be the `main type of alien/entity’ that we as humans have encounters. That is, if we base the `population’ on the actual number of `high strangeness - close encounters’. (Certainly, there are more `lights in the sky’ stories. Remember, lights in the sky stories are a dime a dozen and could involve machines or crafts built by humans within the governments and militarys of the world.)

Key characteristic of Type Two alien/entity — `travel’ of being is accomplished by `structure’ of temporarily increased consciousness level or `increase’ in space bi-location via some `science’ methodology that enhances that ability of bi-locate. For the entity that `travels’ the travel is temporary and `not’ the `normal state’ for such a being.

Type Three - Aliens/Entities

(`Real’, Travel without Craft, Do NOT Live On Any `Planet’ Surface)

These beings are `real’ in `quotation marks’ - and do not appear `as real’ (solid - in a quantitative sense) as the many close up sightings of legendary creatures such as a Bigfoot (a Type Two creature). That said, they may be viewed as appearing in any `shape’ from an Orb to a `translucent’ or ghost like being — ie - an entity that doesn’t appear `solid’ - and appears to have a light basis. Somehow, a human that encounters such a `being’ `knows’ that it isn’t real in our normal sense — and furthermore - doesn’t seem to be able to have a `permanent time’ within our reality common consensus. These beings/aliens/entities seem to be operating on the energy from the local environment.

While it’s possible that these entities see `themselves’ in some on-going manner - it’s equally likely that - these entities have NO on-going consciousness of their own space. There is no reason that both types may be part of Type Three. But, even for `spaces/entities’ that see themselves in an on-going manner — it’s hard to believe that these `spaces’ were ever `born’ or that they `live’ on a planet. Indeed, these type of `spaces’ seem `very local’ and very temporal - probably distorting the very localness and temporalness of common consensus that humans live within on Earth.

Indeed, these seem to be the creatures of `our own making’ - mythology -  and iconic shapes and feelings - that can form into temporary `translucent’ type of `solids’. The land of angels as a possible origin for this type of entity also. For, if these are not `super-local’ specialized consensus events, then - they must be `timeless’ beings that permeate everything. These are the `Godlike’ `guardian’ type entities that Mr. Bledsoe reported (my recent post covers this - http://theheavystuff.com  - and that many many people have reported over the years). Likewise, Mr. Bledsoe also reported entities (translucent) with glowing red eyes — this also would be a Type Three entity.

These type three entities are perhaps the most frightening to humans (with good reason) — as they appear to be powerful `locally’. These spaces seem to be part of the human condition encountered by only a few. The limited number of `possessions’ would seem to fall into this category in general. Entities `built’ by the dilemma of the human condition of needing to embrace despair.

Type Four - Aliens/Entities

(`Real’, Travel without Craft, Human based - alive and dead)

This type of entity is very similar to Type Three except that it has a `singular human’ basis - either `prior’ or `current’ - as opposed to Type Three being a more `common consensus space’ with energy generally supplied by living humans. Indeed, Type Four entities could often be thought of as Ghosts or in the most extreme rare circumstance `a real doppelganger’. These entities would tend to visit or at least be most perceivable to  humans or places they `knew’ when alive.

While poltergeist events can be scary - often `visits’ from these entities are spiritually uplifting and not frightening. And, unless `called’ these entities seem to be short lived and infrequent to often being a just `one time showing’ after death - to a loved one — and often only in a symbolic manner or in a dreamstate.

Nevertheless, most humans consider the Type Four entity to be real and of our very essence - even beyond our own humanness. Indeed, type four entities give the human race hope that we are more than just our physical bones - and thoughts - and that we too - may be connected to the entities of our universe that can travel.

The Heavy Stuff (THS) welcomes you back for another mind excursion (do you remember the 1960’s ` psychedelic quartet’ Tradewinds version?) into the very fabric of speculation about realities mysteries  - today’s topic - strange highness. Yes, you read that right.

Strange Highness is THS’s proposed new term,  and, is not the same as the common Fortean term of `High Strangeness’, or, is it? Indeed, one will find by reading excepts below that both `strange highness’ and `high strangeness’ seem to have some, or perhaps many, overlapping spaces.

First, just a few words about High Strangeness (this should be familiar to most THS readers we know). Frankly, if you are not familiar with the term it’s one of googles best searches; you will be gone on a several hour reading trip if you have never researched the term. And, to summarize in a few examples is impossible - (but) it can be as simple as fish falling out of the sky; to, a Bigfoot that vanishes in front of your eyes; to, a Ufo landing where the alien walks up to you and asks what time it is; to, being rescued by a tow-truck that leaves no tracks in the snow.

You get the idea - impossible(ish) events in `normal consciousness’. Indeed, all these examples have one thing in common - NO drug descriptions - these are all described by `normal’ folks who are not `hitting the bottle’, or for that matter, any other substances. Right?

After all, if it was the `rantings’ of a USER - the credibility is gone - right? Objectivity would be ruled to be not in play. So, for those that report `strange events’ - a persons `straightness’ - is what makes them High Strangeness. Isn’t that strange?

But, of course, other folks have `impossible events’ too - while under the influence.

Specifically, while under the influence of `mind altering substances’ - indeed, `reality altering substances’ - leading to the area of space THS wants to now refer to as `Strange Highness’. Specifically, strange highness will refer to the esoterica and entities which have been supposedly encountered when credible humans enter `altered states of consciousness’ - via substances.

It should also be mentioned that the experiences described below of the extremes of what could occur when using mind altering substances — are NOT the norm; probably with any of the substances. Most reactions to these substances at minimal dosage are tolerable to enjoyable for most folks interested in such experiences. That said, again, extreme `reactions’ can occur at `normal’ dosage too - discouraging, wisely, the majority of humans from usage of any of these substances - even liquor only scratches 50% users. So, it should be noted that  THS wants to look closer at only those rare space occurrences - of strange highness.

Indeed, the examples are so numerous the question is -  where to begin….. Perhaps the first mention should go to the research done on DMT at the University of New Mexico in the 1990’s and the findings that suggest some experiences are very similar to the description of alien abductions – some users had simulated encounters with entities not of our normal consensus of thought.  Here’s a quote from Wikipedia about the substance that was man-made first in 1931:

Several subjects also reported contact with ‘other beings’, alien like, insectoid and reptilian in nature, in technological environments^[6] where the subjects were ‘probed’, ‘tested’ and sometimes even ‘manipulated’ by these ‘beings’ (see Abduction phenomenon).

 ”technological environments” - love that terminology.  And all this - right in the lab -so to speak. Strange Highness Indeed.

And, the bad news for those that want to believe in alien abductions out of ones bed - is that most likely, their brain (the abductee) supplied the `space’ for the event. That is NOT to suggest that the person didn’t experience the event OR that the event wasn’t REAL at some `real’ level. Just that the `event’ did not likely occur outside of the bedroom walls.

Additionally, this does NOT really address the much rarer `abduction reports’ that occurs in public places - supposedly (nearly always at night of course in lonely areas - with strong exceptions such as Travis Walton’s experience).

So, because of the similarities of DMT and the abduction experience the verdict is that at least one aspect of High Strangeness can be `explained’ by the Strange Highness Spaces of  extreme substances. But that is only one example of many.

Such as, of course, the many word of mouth stories, decades ago,  of the preferred hallucinogen of the 1960’s - LSD.  From the noting by users of changes to the normal perceptual landscape (moving walls, sharper colors, impossible objects) for an individual - to `shared realities’ with other trippers (shared landscapes not of this world) - the product-chemical,  produced spaces with , indeed, strange highness. Again, quoting Wikipedia:

Some psychological effects may include an experience of radiant colors, objects and surfaces appearing to ripple or “breathe,” colored patterns behind the eyes, a sense of time distorting (time seems to be stretching, repeating itself, changing speed or stopping), crawling geometric patterns overlaying walls and other objects, morphing objects, a sense that one’s thoughts are spiraling into themselves, loss of a sense of identity or the ego (known as “ego death“), and powerful, and sometimes brutal, psycho-physical reactions interpreted by some users as reliving their own birth.^[9][40] Many users experience a dissolution between themselves and the “outside world”.^[41]This unitive quality may play a role in the spiritual and religious aspects of LSD. The drug sometimes leads to disintegration or restructuring of the user’s historical personality and creates a mental state that some users report allows them to have more choice regarding the nature of their own personality.Higher doses often cause intense and fundamental distortions of sensory perception such as synaesthesia, the experience of additional spatial or temporal dimensions, and temporary dissociation.While THS could point at many of the above descriptions - THS would like to focus on the LSD chemical interaction `disrupting time’ (and space, things) — this is long before the `missing time’ syndrome or experience reported with some remembered `high strangeness’ - and UFO experiences too. So, time-distortion, literal distortion - can be said to be shared between strange highness, and its counterpart, high strangeness. (Is it the Matrix, yet?)Certainly, other researchers have pointed at other extremes of plant-chemical usage by third world indigenous tribes of various areas.

Additionally, Native Americans (and so would say traditional Hippies and Heads) have known for time immemorial  that chewing certain mushrooms or ingesting peyote buttons, - can lead to spaces of special enlightenment - here’s how Wiki describes that:

The effects of psilocybin are often pleasant, even ecstatic, including a deep sense of connection to others, confusion, hilarity, and a general feeling of connection to nature and the universe. Bad trips may occur when psychedelic compounds are taken in a non-supportive or inadequate environment, by an inexperienced person, in an unexpectedly high dose (see: set and setting), or when the substance triggers difficult areas of one’s psyche.

At low doses, hallucinatory effects occur, including walls that seem to breathe, a vivid enhancement of colors and the animation of organic shapes. Strange Highness, Indeed. 

Once again, the link here could be described as the ONENESS felt by the `straight’ high strangeness experiencer - and the - `non-straight’ experiencer of strange highness. Seems the altered states can be reached via either avenue of ones approach to ones consciousness. Whether the outcome is demons or oneness.

But all those areas of `strange highness’ can be beyond the reach of the average person who doesn’t know the difference between a tomato plant and a squash plant - or who doesn’t forage for native plants - or  who wants to travel to strange lands. That would be most of us, right?

So, how about, the legal stuff - and it’s links to Strange Highness –  THS will start with the result of the nations most popular mind altering substance - liquor - but, not just liquor - extreme liquor usage - the DT’s - here’s a description - quoting Wiki:

DT’S - The main symptoms are confusion, disorientation and agitation and other signs of severe autonomic instability. Other common symptoms include intense hallucinations such as visions of insects, snakes or rats (or stereotypically, pink elephants). These may be related to the environment, e.g., patterns on wallpaper that the patient would perceive as giant spiders attacking him or her. In reading about the outer edge of the liquor stupor and bugs - one is reminded that other drugs have outer limit  stupors that include huge Praying Mantislike creatures. Or, is all this - the bugs on the skin - nothing more than the DNA memories of beings who woke up in caves 700 generations ago with bugs crawling on their faces - the memories of FEAR. Even the fear of being eaten by more larger more formidable species.

Also, as another example and still legal in many parts of the country and the world is the new buzz substance being read about in many newspapers - with lawmakers scrambling to `protect’:

Salvia Divinorum” quotes Daniel Siebert’s summarisation, mentioning that the effects may include:^[35]

• Past memories, such as revisiting places from childhood memory.
• Sensations of motion, or being pulled or twisted by forces.

• Overlapping realities, such as the perception of being in several locations at once.

A survey of salvia users found that 38% described the effects as unique. 23% said the effects were like yoga, meditation or trance

THIS DOES NOT SOUND LIKE SOMETHING FOR JUST ANYONE AND IS NOT AN ENDORSEMENT - JUST AN EXAMPLE.

Finally, there are, of course, reports of `crazy folks’ literally using toxins and poisons (this is complete sickness - some would say that to use any of them would be crazy and dangerous) - to reach so-called enlightened states of being with one’s consciousness. Areas, places, spaces, where special knowledge supposedly exists. And all, in the land (space) of Strange Highness.

And nearly all of them  - illegal in most states and countries. Indeed, do not venture into the land of Strange Highness - as it may just be the space - that abutts the land of High Strangeness.

Followers of this blog know that THS has posted on this subject matter before - and - THS’s first post on this subject was with this link http://theheavystuff.com/?p=16. It was in this blog post that THS first speculated on what going to the light at death actually WAS - THS speculated that our consciousness `survives’ death in the sense that `humans’ still have a `space with perception abilities’ - at least for a limited time. Indeed, perhaps the only `time’ that `exists’ for a dead human — may be that limited time described by so many who have NDE’s (near death experiences) who `see a light’. THS directly speculated in the above link that what really happens is that our surviving `space with perception’ (think of this as a infinitly small pt of electric-space-information that can look around if you like) has what amounts to an OTB (out of the body experience) that goes well beyond the general perceptual experiences of those not dying who have out of the body experiences. Specifically, that experience allows the `dying human space’ to move into the realm of pure perception in a sense. That `perception with a space’ is beyond earth in a sense and is `bound’ by the star system as its focus. More specifically, when we die, our space is permitted a chance to directly look at the life source for this part of the universe - the only force for life on our planet - THE SUN. Our sun.

THS further speculated that this experience of seeing the sun directly for the first time is an overwhelming experience that literally `takes ones dead space to the sun itself.’ (Or at least towards the sun.) It’s possible that following the advice of going to the light - ends — for all practical purposes — ones existence. Literally. That is NOT to say that it may not be blissful or desirable — this is just an effort to speculate.

That post, caused at least one person to come forward who THAT VERY NIGHT before the post had a dream of the same `idea’ - that idea being that we go to the sun at death. THS exchanged some e-mails with this person and assured them that THS did not just get the idea but had it for several years (that is not to suggest that somehow the info that THS posted wasn’t part of some information mix in reality first and was `caught, literally in a dream’ by the person contacting THS).

The link of the first `going to the light blog post’ above was THS’s most read article to the time — but now — another THS `revelation’ or speculation — as much as a thinking individual can have concerning the phenomena of `the light at death’. NO NO - of course it’s beyond the STANDARD explanation that `the light’ is God or `a God’. No, this idea seems to THS to be nearly as original as the first idea THS presented for `what exactly’ the `light’ was that was seen upon the death of a human space.

(once again, patting on back while expecting someone to say — I’ve read that somewhere before — and if so — please leave a comment - perhaps I picked up on this `information’ that is part of realities mix of spaces.) OK, here’s the new THS idea for what the light at death is:

Not so fast — lol — THS wants you fully prepared for this new alternative explanation of the moments at death for a human consciousness that seems to fit with the somewhat accepted idea that one sees a light upon dying. At least that is the media view of those that follow the depth the media pursues when speaking of that subject matter. (Life after death.) And, indeed to `do the next idea’ THS must put on that phenomenology coat that is lined with armchair physics thrown in. And, with all that said - here’s the idea.

Well almost,…. just one more distinction - THS’s first idea of the light being the sun itself — `happens’ within the structure we all call reality while alive. The one that has other real spaces from our alive relatives to our favorite armchair to the local star that provides the planet with heat, the sun. The next THS idea goes into the area `beyond’ the light cone - the area without local objects — but an area that indeed contains light. Perhaps an unbelievable amount of light. Perhaps enough light to think only a god could be `behind’ it.

And, here is where the armchair physics steps in and the speculation too. If the human spirit; the human space that survives that is an individual; if that space survives, there seems to be no reason that it would be constrained within events occurring locally. Indeed, such a space of survival (note here the `pass’ being given to all conscious entities) may have access to all that has already occurred. (NO, THS is NOT talking about the past of the events that have occurred within ones own timecone `previously’ - the senior prom, ones favorite dead cat -etc — NO this is NOT the area of events that have occurred would be explored — indeed it’s probable those events are unrepeatable with no trace except upon the moment after an occurrence - and fortunate for us as humans. After all - its good the past can’t be changed, because in that way it lives with meaning of actualization - about as much as a space can hope for.)

THS begs you to stick with the logic here. Many many things have already occurred that haven’t made the way to this local space of earth. Galaxies have vanished already that we now see in our `real time’ — and indeed the event of the galaxies death is not even knowable within the timecone of our location. But - the event has happened - and the result of the blown galaxy will at some-point reach earth as a change in the point of light that identifies it to our specific timecone location.

It’s this idea that is the breakthrough - that all that is `left’ of real events that `come to us’ within the light cone — IS LIGHT. All the information is nothing but light in some form (we do NOT see spaces - only the representation of those spaces as combined light from a non local place to our now).

Hence, if our human space `slips’, even momentarily, beyond the light cone —- then the space with consciousness, our dead space — may be overwhelmed with the LIGHT outside our light/time cone that is YET TO COME. Literally, ALL THE INFORMATION THAT EXISTANCE HAS PRODUCED THAT HAS NOT BEEN `REVEALED’ WITHIN ONES TIMECONE WHILE `alive’.

It would be an overwhelming experience for sure. One that in a sense could be said to be `a god’. After-all, all the information that has happened that will be revealed in eternity to our lightcone is quite a lot we would hope. Right? What if you saw that `information’ all at once - from an infinitely small space? Yep, an alternative explanation for sure.

To the thinking individual, several `paranormal’ phenomena are beginning to seem to have the same `origin’ or `ontology’ - (ontology is defined as a branch of metaphysics concerned with the nature and relations of being — or — a particular theory about the nature of being or the kinds of existent). Specifically, I am referring to the `spaces’ or descriptions of Tulpas http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thoughtform (best described by the previous wiki link), Orbs, and Zooforms — to which, this link is the best description http://www.ufomystic.com/the-redfern-files/neil-arnold-the-interview/ . Sorry for taking you thru so much background links for this posting — but, this subject matter is not mainstream media like Bigfoot or Ufo’s — and my assumption is that many need to brush up on their understanding as to how these phenomena are described.

As regular readers know, The Heavy Stuff loves to position phenomenology as critical to understanding `strange phenomena’. Just as Einstein’s love of thought produced the simple equation E=MC(squared) — phenomenology also reduces `appearances’ and `phenomena’ to the most basic look at reality. To The Heavy Stuff, that means taking our reality right `down’ to its basic components of space and time (or what we call time). The Heavy Stuff has been positioning that those `words’ (space/time) — our most basic constitution of being — can be `described’ using some ontological terms.

The Heavy Stuff’s most complete description of the word `space’ can be found at the blog - http://whatisnotabletonotbe.blogspot.com — simply put — just as John Paul Sartre had words for space - time - and being — so does The Heavy Stuff. Whereas Sartre used concepts such as Being In Itself, Being For Itself and Being For Others — The Heavy Stuff has basic words to describe the biggest concepts for consciousness - namely, space - time - and - existence.

Specifically, The Heavy Stuff’s `concept’ for the very idea of `space’ - is that `Space’ IS —> NOT ABLE TO BE . The Heavy Stuff’s `concept’ for `time’ IS —-> ABLE TO NOT BE. And, The Heavy Stuff’s `concept’ for our reality/existence IS ——–> NOT ABLE TO NOT BE … The words (not able to not be) literally meaning  `something that is determined’ — and, obviously, our reality, the one that we experience in common with others,  is determined. That is because, all spaces, but our own, `come’ to us via light waves with their `runoff’ of space. What we see as NOW is NOT NOW as it `arrives’ via a manner which `tells’ us — it has already occurred - and comes to us as pre-determined light waves of information. Having a `space’ ourselves - gives us a particular `positioning/placement’ compared to every other thing in existence with a `space’ (or mass of an object).

I know your head might be spinning if you have never encountered phenomenology before — or if you did — you just wrote it off as a lot of mumbo-jumbo. As I mentioned before, phenomenology attempts to look at the very biggest `issues’ of being. The biggest issues to being human or  to having a consciousness.

And, the equivalent to `who made God’ - for phenomenology - is, `how could time have ever begun?’ — These phenomenological concepts that I will now try to describe - go right to the very very beginning so to speak.  Indeed, The Heavy Stuff begs your indulgence for the next several paragraphs  about the beginning of the phenomenology positioning of The Heavy Stuff.

At the very `beginning’ of experience there had to be the `potential’ for `reality’ or space/time to occur. But, it was just the potential for a reality - not the expression of that reality. There would have been a `oneness’ - a `sameness’ to all - everything. OR one could say, there was an ABLE TO BE in the beginning of the eternity `before’ the reality of space/time. But, eventually, (science would have us believe it was 13.7 billion years ago) the `oneness’ of ABLE TO BE was `forced’ to `accept’ one and perhaps two simultaneous `equal concepts’. BUT, since the ABLE TO BE was/is everything — the evolution of `beingness’ — the very ABLE TO BE itself — was not violated by having a `new’ description of `everything’.

And, that `new description’ literally — was the `explosion’ of the concept of `space-time’. The ABLE TO BE evolved INTO a `thing’ that turned out to be `space’ itself - and all the physical properties that describe the mass of space and elements.  Indeed, as opposed to GOD being ABLE TO BE (everything) — the first space — was able to NOT BE GOD  (to not-be `potential’, by actualizing space) — `it’ was to be able to have the ability to be NOT ABLE TO BE — it wasn’t GOD, it wasn’t `permanent’ -  it was `something else’ a `space’. A space which was NOT ABLE TO BE. It’s very definition and `appearance’  being its representation of `the space’s’ unique identity - it’s unique singularness.

Immediately, with the `invention’ of the `new’ concept — `that original space’ - would realize its `original relation to the original space that GOD or the ABLE TO BE possessed that was `different’ in concept. THAT event would be between `two spaces’ GOD, the able to be, and Space, the NOT able to be. Suddenly, reality had volume and texture - it had a BEFORE (in the able to be) and a `NOW’ in the `space’ of the NOT ABLE TO BE.

We are, indeed, speaking metamorphically about the beginning of consciousness of course. Be it God becoming aware of its parts — or Space becoming aware that it isn’t God. As this concept `expanded’ `space’ would be aware of even more than `the before of God’ — it, space, would be aware that `other spaces than it’ COULD BE. Those `other spaces’ other than God and Space. Space becoming more than one thing (first element changing into more elements?) — a `NEW’ concept beyond the NOT ABLE TO BE.

And, indeed, that concept is ABLE TO NOT BE ———– able to not be the NOT ABLE TO BE. A `new’ space - or beingness idea. Another way for God to `express and appear’ within the ABLE TO BE furnished as the basis for everything. It could be said that the ABLE TO NOT BE is TIME (in a sense) — or — the repeating of the being of space. The whole concept of time (able to not be) GIVES `space’ `somewhere’ to BE (now). OR, the ABLE TO NOT BE is the realization that space has being - expressed as duration.

The Heavy Stuff needs one more paragraph of indulgence from the reader to explain the final combining `concept’ of the Heavy Stuff’s phenomenology. Simply put — we aren’t quite at a real reality yet via the above descriptions of space and time and god. We need the phenomenology descriptions of reality itself. AND, the combining of NOT ABLE TO BE with the ABLE TO NOT BE —— became what is considered the REAL REALITY — THE NOT ABLE TO NOT BE — the determined. The reality we all see before us right now. Basic words to describe the segments which make up the determined reality all consciousness’s experience.

It takes all of those phenomenology words to begin to describe what today’s topic might be about - the topic being the similarity of Tulpas, Zooforms and Orbs.

Wikipedia describes Zooforms (thoughtforms) with words such as these:

These are not animals at all, but entities or apparitions which adopt or seem to have (quasi)animal form. This is where we (at least to some extent) enter science fictionterritory. In many ways, these elusive and contentious entities have plagued cryptozoology since its inception, and tend to be dismissed by mainstream science as thoroughly unworthy of consideration. Zooform phenomena seem to be a strange blend of paranormal manifestation and mythology…However, Jonathan Downeswho first coined the term in 1990, maintains that many zooform phenomena result from complex psychosocial and sociological phenomena, and suggests that to classify all such phenomena as “paranormal” in origin is counterproductive…Thoughtform may be understood as a ‘psychospiritual’ complexof energy or consciousness manifested either consciously or unconsciously, by an individual or a group. Thoughtform are understood differently and take on different forms in different traditions. Stated differently, a thoughtform, is a subtle objectification that may or may not have consciousness and self-determination. Thoughtform may be benevolent, malevolent or of complex alignment and may be understood as a spontaneous or intentional manifestation from a combination of willpower, bioenergy, discipline, chi, prana and/or astral or ætherial substance

Simply put, the Zooform is a `space’ with conscious identity - which does not `appear’ `normally’. Except for the fact that Ghosts have a real person identity - as opposed to a mythical beast (which has an identity that has been imagined) — the similarities are obvious — consciousness’s that are looking for a space to appear in within what we call reality.

Now, consider how similar the words Wikipedia uses for Tulpas:

A tulpa is, in Tibetan mysticism, a being or object which is created through willpower, visualisation, attention and focus, concerted intentionality and ritual. In other words, it is a materialized thought that has taken physical form….

There are… apparitions that make public appearances. Some of these are said to be the perceptible double—the etheric counterpart—of a living person who is undergoing an out-of-body experience. Even more mysterious are the externalized perceptible manifestations of something whose existence originated in the mind of its creator by virtue of that person’s incredible powers of concentration, visualization, and other, more occult, efforts of the mind. In Tibet, where such things are practiced, a ghost of this kind is called a tulpa. A tulpa is usually produced by a skilled magician or yogi, although in some cases it is said to arise from the collective imagination of superstitious villagers, say, or of travelers passing through some sinister tract of country.— Mysteries of the Unexplained, 1990, Reader’s Digest Association Inc. page 176

Note - Zooforms described as `entities..adopting a ..form’ and Tulpas being `a being developed thru attention and focus’. Much more simply — spaces; with definition; that can become real.Indeed, you can see above that the description of Tulpa’s goes to the point of the delivery of `etheric doubles’ of humans having out-of-the-body experiences. Is this really different than doppelgangers or the pilots of the flight of Eastern 401 appearing after `death’? Isn’t a `space’ with consciousness `something’ whether it is `seen’ or even `real’? Don’t our very thoughts fit this description?

Finally, there’s Orb’s (which I have written about before on The Heavy Stuff — BTW - you can catch all of the topic in one easy place with my website www.squidoo.com/theheavystuff ) — again - here’s Wikipedia’s words: The opposing school maintains that orbs are paranormal in nature, i.e. non-naturalistic and ghost like…That orb photos can be gained anywhere has, however, been adopted into the position of conspiracy theorists who maintain that orbs are probes/devices being used by an alien culture to monitor human activities…

The Heavy Stuff knows that readers seek some bottom line - some bottom truth. The truth of these phenomena is that they are part of the `space’ spectrum. The end of the `space spectrum’ these entities exist within does not normally interact with `normal’ space - normal space with real mass. But, DOES seem to interact with the `conscious’ part of humans - the `part’ of humans that is able-to-not-be at a given moment. The `extra’ part of us all - our attention and awareness to space forms that are not our own space. While usually, this is ONLY our own thoughts (and the spaces involved with those thoughts) - our thoughts are not bound to us. Evidently, that space of us is connected to `something more’ than this reality of determined spaces. It is connected to sequences of spaces that could be interpreted as paranormal. And, evidently, when that happens — with intentionality’s from either side of space (the beyond of non-spaces and the here of real spaces) — the events can actually appear and be seen. Such as the rare Ghost appearance, such as the rare Tulpa appearance, such as the very rare appearance with `full space’ such as the pilots of Flight 401.

But, for the same reason that they appear (the ability to project the not-able-to-be space that they are) as an able-to-not-be in our reality - is the reason they `can’t continue’ and simply `pop’ out of existance  when they exhaust their own `energy’ of `showing as a space’ - as a not-able-to-be. More simply put, the able-to-not-be of our thoughts, our time, (in a sense) - `peter out’ - as they fade of `space’ - the very thoughts themselves. We create `spaces’ not-able-to-be’s — as we think. `Spaces’ that often influence how our real space moves - that seem to have a position.

But, they fade - just like human will. So too do Zooforms, Tulpas and Orbs fade - the moment they no longer have a space to influence the not able to not be. The consensus of determination does not allow for the continued existence of entities based on something other than the not-able-to-be. To exist INTO the future one (any space) must have a now AND a past — tulpas, orbs and zooforms - project INTO the present but instead of `running off’ into the future - those entities `run off’ into the past (really, they run off into the other - the able-to-not-be) not connected to the real future.

Recently, anomalist.com sent me to a site that I poked around some. That in itself is nothing unusual - as it is one of my enjoyments to poke around and bring the best stuff to my `Squidoo’ lens at www.squidoo.com/AnomalyMan . Indeed, you will find this and 3 other `ghost videos’ from the same site on my lens - anyway - this is the link I’d like you to see most if you haven’t went to my site and viewed all four http://www.yourghoststories.com/ghost-pictures-videos/oklahoma-wrecker.php    but - come right back.

Ok - now that you’ve went to my site, or the other, and saw the videos - what do you think? Interestingly, the `ghost’ angle to the media is seemingly almost `off-limits’. One rarely sees the mainstream TV media do these types of stories except during ratings sweeps. And, while they don’t `snicker’ quite as much when `reporting’ Ghost Stories as they do when `reporting’ Bigfoot or Ufo stories - they rarely take the subject of ghosts into the `heavy area’.

What I mean by that is that the media loves to cover this angle of the story via `Ghost Hunters with scientific equipment to back them up’. Invariably, the `reporter’ will hear the anomalous voice - or - will feel the dip in air temperature representative of the ghost. The reporter will leave the story in just about that positioning for the `listener’ to make up their own mind.

What shallow gobbledygook the media makes us endure. How about asking the `heavy’ questions with real depth that folks might ultimately care about? How about asking the questions that tie these videos into religious teachings? `Life’ after death is no small matter left `answered’ with the geek with some electrometer in his or her hand.

So, lets look at some `heavy issues’ associated with this video and the others at the site (again - the best 4 are on MY squidoo lens). The first `issue’ I would like to raise is that all of these videos were `captured’ using a technology that can record frequencies beyond the normal human - not saying that they were - but, a video camera can be adapted with many types of filters. Evidently some that can also see some spirit frequencies at least occasionally. So, while some `normal folks’ do occasionally see `white spirits’ — these four videos supposedly are not necessarily `recording’ what is also `seen’ - but are recording the beyond in every sense of the word.

But, what is the evidence that `somethings dead spirit’ is being recorded? Frankly, it’s the link I provided above — to me, it’s beyond explainable that a dead spirit would `show up’ in a `wrecker yard’ like that and move like that. I fully believe that that persons `dead space’ was indeed in that wrecker yard (but not necessarily their `dead time’ - which was still in their dead body at the scene or hospital).

It is also very unusual to me that this videos’ dead person `appears nearly solid’ compared to the other 3 videos of ghosts. Could it be more obvious that `the less dead one is — the more `solid’ ones remaining `dead space’ IS? And, that, conversely, `old dead spaces’ are rare; very rare (in comparison to the fact that from 65-120 billion humans have already lived and died) indeed.

BUT, THAT DOES NOT RULE THEM OUT, ESPECIALLY IN ENCLOSED `HAUNTED’ SPACES - with a history of their own. Yes, I am speaking of the `physical setting’ (such as in the various haunted History Museums, or still existing abandoned prison facilities, etc) - the `house’ so to speak. Personally, I think the `dead space’ does interact with the `real’ spaces of the house in real time. This of course leads to the meter readers going wild of the ghostbusters — just like they are supposed to.

But, what are the REAL ISSUES that the media would need to examine if `all this ghost business’ were to be `taken seriously’. To me, they don’t take it deeper because of the media bias to `protect religion traditional beliefs’. Frankly, the religions don’t really `favor’ ghosts — even if it is proof of ones `space’ continuing. So, why doesn’t religion, and therefore the mainstream TV media, jump on this — simple — one is supposed to go to that wonderful reward that religion offers - heaven. Hanging out in a museum forever — or - in a parking facility — or even a wrecker yard ————— IS NOT HEAVEN. And therefore, requires THEM (the religious) to provide the reason for `ghost videos’ being real — the media is hardly going to take a ghost video into a convent and ask the nuns what do they think. Indeed, with a snicker and a `to the next story mentality’ — other `serious’ issues are raised by the existence of ghost videos that they, the mainstream media ignores. Most notably the super important issue of`life after death’. Our very existence. Not even that is important enough for the media to take seriously - after all — spiffer has a new mop coming out soon.

And, that `issue’ (Life After Death) the media `handles’ `scientifically’ with the likes of Sylvia Browne or the occasional `hard science’ of Out Of Body Experiences and the comparison of those to `what is reported’ by those who have `died’ and came back to tell it. And, for me, that fits right into one of my few original esoteric thoughts (pats on back, while figuring someone will say someone else thought of it first) I’ve had in my lifetime.

Here’s that thought — We do indeed go into the light. We do indeed go into the `brightest light’ in this part of the universe. We do indeed go into the `light’ which brings life to this planet. We do indeed go into the `light’ when we do something in our `death space’ that we could never do in our `life space’. We do indeed go into the brightest light within 100 trillion miles - we go into the SUN. Our sun.

Think about it. Your entire life has contained one absolute forbidden thing to do — look at the sun directly. It is something you have never done. Never. Almost, no one has ever done it.

That is, until one dies. If indeed our `dead space’ separates from our `alive space of our body’ — and IF indeed, in this `out of body’ experience one has `perception abilities’ from that space — then, I speculate that the `dead space’ would almost naturally `look’ at the sun — and be drawn to it; especially within the period of a few days. Drawn to its all encompassing beauty that one has never observed directly before - and only can be experienced at the time of death.

And, perhaps, that is really IT - and where the `missing 95 billion ghosts are’ (save for a few; and those may be just temporary such as the wrecker yard ghost whose was probably just confirming her own death). They are in the SUN - and, in my opinion where we are all likely to end up.
